No offense to all the Googy boosters, but when people say “this should be a real show,” all I wanna do is shout GOOGY IS A REAL SHOW!!!
It is a REAL thing you can watch and enjoy. It’s a REAL idea with great execution. It doesn’t aim for entry level quality, it aims for the top. It’s a bunch of REAL likeminded creative people having fun together. It doesn’t insult you. It doesn’t use it’s grassroots origins as an excuse for falling short. Instead, it just goes about the business of being REAL DOPE.
That is all you need to be legit. Googy is a real show no matter what percieved gatekeepers say. Googy does not need anyone’s permission to be awesome.

I cannot express how proud I am that Mike, Willy, and Brenan made this show. This show is not only one of the best produced things I’ve seen my friends make, but it’s super clean and made for kids! These guys would spend an entire day just creating one shot. You could tell me the budget was $30,000 and I would totally believe it.
This needs to become a real show. A modern day Pee Wee’s Playhouse. If you have a connection to Disney, Nickelodeon, or any network like that, do me a favor and forward them this video. If you have kids, let them watch this show. They will be chanting Googy by the end of it.
I just posted this on a friend’s wall because he was having a bum week. If this doesn’t work, then he’s fucked.
